Testimonials

I have known Bryce Alford since 2003 and he has been inspirational in helping me to overcome injury and train for various sporting events.

Bryce through the use of NLP, helped me focus on ovecoming minor negative thought patterns during 2005 when I was training full time as a triathlete and trying to qualify for the 2006 Commonwealth Games, a goal which I achieved. The techniques Bryce used enabled me to train my mind to overcome any setbacks and re-frame any situations that didn't quite go to plan into positive opportunities.

Bryce also has some very useful skills in EFT which he has used with me for pain relief following long endurance training sessions and competition. These enabled me to return to training sooner than I may have done as immediately after the sessions I felt a relief in my symptoms.

I thoroughly recommend Bryce as a sincere and knowledgeable practitioner who can help many people to overcome confidence issues and injury so they can attain their life goals.

Working with Bryce during 2003/2004 culminated in a successful season for Plymouth Albion RFC. Using a very different approach to the fitness side of training he combined energy, passion and innovation to all aspects of his coaching, along with a very positive mental approach.

"I badly injured my shoulder playing contact rugby in November 2006 & this put me out of running for a number of weeks which naturally interrupted my training.

Despite resuming running again about 4 weeks later I still had very limited movement & strength in my shoulder which was frustrating. While running with Bryce one day he mentioned EFT & we arranged a session later that week.  Before the session I couldn't put any weight through my shoulder. I couldn’t even push myself up off the sofa with it. Bryce talked me through everything & after a very relaxing session I was amazed to find I could now push myself up off the sofa & put weight through my shoulder again with no pain. We did 3 or 4 sets of EFT, testing my shoulder each time. The result was amazing I couldn't believe I could now put weight through my shoulder.

The technique was so easy to use & remember, in fact I now frequently do EFT before any major races & I believe this helped with my strong gold medal performances in the World Police & Fire Games"
